Significance
This two-story brick building was built in 1927 and, in 1937, housed the Supreme Laundry and Valet Cleaners & Dyers. It was later converted to office and retail use, and is now a restaurant. In 1965 it was covered with stucco. In recent years it has been rehabilitated to something close to its original appearance, although it looks better than it did originally.

Appearance
This two-story building is of solid brick construction, clad with red brick. There is little ornamentation except for projecting pilasters separating the window bays and a prominent cornice.
