Significance
This hosue embodies the distinctive characteristics and is an excellent intact example of a Craftmsn bungalow. It is important because it enhances our knowledge of vernacular architecture and residential development in Seattle and because it and its setting contribute to the historic streetscape.
 
Appearance
This one and 1/2 story Craftsman bungalow is characterized by a predominant front facing gable, which is half timbered and stuccoed. The rest of the house is clad in narrow bevel siding. The corner porch is inset. A focal point is a one story gabled bay window projection which mimics the half timbered gable. It has a leaded glass transom. Sidelights adjacent to the front door area also leaded.
