Retains form and character. 10 foot addition in 1906, 14 foot rear addition in 1911. Notes: Porch posts replaced. Some windows converted to plate glass sash. Large window replaced (west elevation window). Full width recessed porch (south elevation). 3-sided bay window with flared hip roof (west elevation). Skylight (west roof slope). Property also surveyed 2/9/2003 by M. Sheridan.
