Appearance
This one story bungalow is characterized by a front facing gable. The bargeboards have decorative sawn work tips and false rafter end decoration. Knee braces further embellish the façade. Eaves are open with exposed rafter end. The porch is handsomely paneled and supported by battered wooden posts on brick piers. Dr. Washington's Studio, built in 1965 is a rectangular box on the northeastern corner of the lot. The entire double-lot site is landscaped with Dr. Washingotn's work and gardens.
