Appearance
The house was built in 1900 (King County Property Record Card; the King County GIS Center Property Report, accessed July 22, 2008, indicates the house was built in 1901).

It appears this house was significantly altered and the siding replaced in the late 1950s. However, an attempt has since been made to return the structure to a form resembling its original state. Most of the original windows appear to have been lost but have been replaced with units of similar type and size.
