This is a two story, shingle and clapboard clad, wood frame single-family residence on a concrete foundation, over a full basement. The slightly irregular rectangular plan is capped by a gable roof with open eaves.

The house was built in 1900 (King County Property Record Card; King County GIS Center Property Report, accessed July 22, 2008 gives the date of construction as 1901). The King County Property Record Card indicates that the basement was remodeled in 1927.
