Appearance |
This structure was built in 1898 (King County Property Record Card; note, however, that the King County GIS Center Property Report, accessed July 22, 2008, gives 1900 as the year built). The King County Property Record Card suggests that the house was remodeled in 1926, though the nature and extent of the modifications are not indicated.
The building functioned as a duplex when surveyed by the King County Assessor in 1937, but now is used as a triplex.
