Significance
This two-story rectangular flat-roofed utilitarian concrete block warehouse, built in 1964, is oriented north-south. The primary south elevation presents three structural bays with ribbon windows on the upper story of the two eastern bays, while the north bay similar windows appear to have been covered. The lower west end has similar windows, while the middle bay features a rollup metal garage door. The entry door and windows are in the east end bay with a cantilevered metal awning above. According to the tax assessor property record card it was owned by Alex Johnson in 1964 and was used as the Alex Johnson Sheet Metal Company.It is currently used by the Royal Glass Company as a glass shop.
