Significance
This property includes two detached wood-frame warehouses constructed in circa 1919.The one on the west side of the property does not have any entries or windows on the north facade at Jackson Street. It has a clipped gable roof and shingle cladding. The warehouse on the east side of the lot has a low gable roof oriented north-south and shingle cladding with various openings on the north facade at Jackson Street. Several openings are boarded up. Both warehouses are associated with the Acme Poultry and Egg Company. Other buildings located immediately south of this lot are also associated with the Acme Company (King County parcels 8170100085-75-90).

These two warehouses are located in the Seattle International Special Review District.
