This three story mixed use masonry building was constructed in circa 1905 and historically provided residential hotel apartment rooms in the upper stories and retail on the first floor. George Takitzawa was the owner in 1949. It is currently used as an apartment with offices on the first floor.

Appearance |
The primary facade is symmetrically arranged with two paired metal sash windows on the endsĀ flanking a central group of three windows at each floor. The central group of three windows consist of a wider metal sash window with one over one lights flanked by narrower similar windows. Windows are newr metal sash with fixed sash over operable hoppers. The original decorative cornice and parapet are missing, although the freize appears to be intact.
