Significance

This extensively altered one-story masonry commercial building is flat-roofed with a parapet, irregular in plan and clad in stucco and metal. It provides four retail glass and metal sash window storefronts facing Jackson St and at least two on the east elevation of the building facing onto the parking lot.

 

It is located in the area of the International District neighborhood known as Little Saigon where many Vietnamese businesses are located, but is not located within either the local Special Review or NR district boundaries.
