This extensively altered wood frame construction commercial
building constructed in 1925 is rectangular in plan and has a flat roof with a
parapet. It has two retail storefronts primarily of metal sash windows and
doors currently occupied by a hair salon and a video store at the east end of
the primary north elevation. At the west end is a dental clinic with a
storefront primarily clad in brick with a large vinyl sash windows with false
vinyl muntins. The south elevation is clad in wooden clapboard.
It is located in the area of the International District
neighborhood known as Little Saigon where many Vietnamese businesses are
located, but is not located within either the local Special Review or the NR
district boundaries.
