This extensively altered wood frame construction commercial building was constructed in 1926 and is rectangular in plan, has a flat roof with a parapet and is primarily clad in stucco.  The updated building façade appears as a contemporary retail strip with 6 bay configuration of metal sash and glass windows and doors. Currently occupied by 5 retail tenants. Current primary tenants are Anthony Beauty School and Saigon Deli.

 

It is located in the area of the International District neighborhood known as Little Saigon where many Vietnamese businesses are located, but is not located within either the local Special Review or the NR district boundaries.
