Significance
This industrial manufacturing building was constructed in circa 1925. It was originally owned by the Heib Brothers Inc. and was occupied by the Rainier Electric Oven and Engineering Company. It is currently in use as artist live/work units.
 
Appearance
This two story industrial building is integrated into the slope of the site, which falls to the southwest.It has a post and beam interior and solid brick exterior. The building has no significant features other than the original brick cladding and the saw-tooth skylights, which give it an industrial character. All of the original industrial metal sash windows have been replaced with contemporary windows and a large central recessed bay on the primary facade has been covered.
