Significance
This two story masonry office and shop building constructed in 1959 was designed by architect Ronald R. Campbell for John T. Popich. It was occupied by the Popich Sign Company for at least 30 years. Several additions have been made to the building to increase the area of the production shop and storage area in the rear on the southwest.
