The structure was built in 1904 (according to the county assessor) in the Italianate style. The house has a rectangular plan and stands on a poured concrete foundation. The 2.5-story balloon frame building has a hip roof clad in asphalt composition shingles. The wall cladding is wood shingle and clapboard. The plan, cladding and windows all appear intact.
