Significance
Built in 1952 at the south end of the district, Building 310 is one of the later structures erected at the naval air station. It provided additional storage needs for the navy.
 
Appearance
This single-story, rectangular plan storehouse is located at the south end of the district, on the south side of NE 65th Street. A poured concrete foundation supports walls clad with painted sheet metal. The building is oriented east to west and is capped by a corrugated metal gable roof. The cladding and windows are original. East side doors are intact. Alterations include a removed west sliding door and a CMU addition on the west side.
