Appearance
The exposed rafter tails and the heavy pier and bracing at the original entry porch identify this structure as an example of the Craftsman style applied to a foursquare scheme.

This house was built in 1905.

The porch appears to have been partially enclosed at some point following 1937 (2/3 of porch was in use as a sun room from an even earlier date). Windows have been replaced at several openings, particularly at the sun room. The carport appears to be a modern addition to the site.
