Significance
This is a fairly typical example of American Foursquare architecture exhibitinh a high degree of design integrity despite some very mionr alterations.

This is one of approximately 2,200 houses that are still extant out of more than 5,000 that were built by the end of 1906 in Seattleā€™s Central Area, Eastlake, First Hill, Leschi, Madison Park, Madrona, and North Capitol Hill neighborhoods.

A complete permit history, and a complete record of ownership and occupation have not yet been prepared for this property.

Appearance
This house was built in 1906.

The houses at 806 and 810 30th Avenue appear to have been built as a group (or as part of a group), to share a floor plan, and to exhibit similar fenestration and detailing.

Storm windows appear to have been added to most of the window openings. The exposed rafter tails are hidden by an added gutter assembly.
