Appearance |
This house was built in 1906.
The houses at 806 and 810 30th Avenue appear to have been built as a group (or as part of a group), to share a floor plan, and to exhibit similar fenestration and detailing.
Storm windows appear to have been added to most of the window openings. The exposed rafter tails are hidden by an added gutter assembly.
