Appearance
The steep roof slope and the slopped but enclosed soffits are suggestive of the Stick style, though this structure appears to be a vernacular version of a Queen Anne cottage.

This house was built in 1901 according to the King County GIS Center Property Report. The King County Property Record Card does not give a date of construction.

The hip roofed structure projecting from the east elevation may be an early addition or a porch enclosed at an early date. All of the original windows appear to have been replaced with vinyl units. The siding appears to have been replaced in kind or with a cement board that mimics the original wood clapboard cladding.
