This is a two story, clapboard clad, wood frame single-family residence on a concrete foundation, over a full basement.

The rectangular plan is capped by a hip roof with extensive overhangs, open soffits, and exposed rafter tails.

The windows and doors are characterized by patterns and details not customarily associated with craftsman detailing; however, the porch piers and bracing and exposed rafter tails are typically associated with Craftsman work.

This house was built in 1905 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report.

According to the King County Property Record Card, the single story extension in the back of the house may be an early addition. The windows appear to have been refurbished but the numerous casements units appear to be original. The siding may also have been refurbished.
The porch steps appear to have been rebuilt and a railing has been added at the full width entry porch. The gutters have been replaced, hiding the exposed rafter tails.
