Appearance |
This is a two story, clapboard, shingle and drop siding clad, wood frame single-family residence on a concrete foundation, over a partial (40%) basement. The essentially rectangular plan is capped by a hip roof with hipped dormers, moderate overhangs and enclosed soffits. The bays have nearly flat roofs and minimal overhangs; the front porch has a nearly flat roof with moderate overhangs. The designer appears to have utilize a "cross" layout at the upper level (a fairly common departure from the typical foursquare scheme).
This house was built in 1906 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report.
A deck appears to have been added at the rear of the structure. The front steps appear to have been replaced and wood railings have been added. The front door has been replaced.
