Appearance
This is a one-and-a-half story, clapboard and shingle clad, wood frame single-family residence on a post and beam foundation with vertical board & batten siding at the base. There is no basement.

The somewhat irregular plan is capped by a gable roof with a hip roof dormer, minimal overhangs at the gables and moderate overhangs elsewhere, and enclosed soffits. The gables are pented. The front porch is recesssed and wraps around the structure.

The windows and doors are characterized by patterns and details customarily associated with Queen Anne architecture.

This house was built in 1900 according to the King County Property Record Card; however, the King County GIS Center Property Report indicates the structure was completed in 1901.

Several of the windows appear to be new or altered. The siding may have been refurbished; the detailing of the porch appears to have been altered.
