Appearance
The irregular floor plan, the complex roof combining a hipped element with intersecting cross gables, and the original fenestration, combined with the turned post at the entry porch and the wood filigree in the peak of the front facing gable identify this structure as an example of Queen Anne cottage design.

The basement appears to have been remodeled. The original windows in the west (street facing) elevation have been removed and replaced with fixed glass. The entry door appears to have been replaced. Basement windows have been added. The cladding has been patched in a few places. The original wood entry stairs have been removed and replaced with concrete stairs; stair railings have been added.
