Appearance
The windows are characterized by patterns and details customarily associated with Queen Anne or early twentieth century work. The window bay at the south also has a Queen Anne configuration. The overhanging, shingle clad gable with flush rake and the shaped timber posts at the entry porch give the structure a slight Shingle style flavor.

This house was built in 1900 according to the King County Property Record Card; and the King County GIS Center Property Report.

The large extension at the rear appears to be an early addition. The dormer may also be an early addition. The dormer window appears to be new and the entry door appears to have been replaced. The cladding appears to have been refurbished.
