Appearance
The hip roof with intersecting cross gables is a signature feature of Queen Anne structures. The windows and doors are also characterized by patterns and details customarily associated with Queen Anne design. The low slope of the roof, and the spindlework detailing at the entry porch are typical of Queen Anne -- Cottage architecture.

This house was built in 1900 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report.

The original post and pier foundation was replaced by a concrete foundation and full basement in about 1957. There appears to be an addition or modification at the back of the structure. The original windows and siding appear to have been refurbished.
