Appearance
The design of this structure is very similar to the design of the house at 1441 21st Avenue.

The hip roof with cross gable is a signature feature of the Queen Anne style. The moderate roof slope and single story configuration are typical of Queen Anne -- Cottage design. The Tuscan column at the entry and the frieze wrapping the house suggest Free Classic detailing.

A lean to structure has been added at the north elevation. The window opening facing onto the porch has been reduced in size and the window replaced. The front door appears to have been replaced. Most of the windows and the siding appear to have been refurbished.
