The structure is located in a portion of the Central Area also known as the East Madison district. A complete permit history, and a complete record of ownership and occupation have not yet been prepared for this property. Most of the original windows have been replaced with aluminum units of dissimilar configuration. The front porch has been partially enclosed. Stair rails have been added at the entry stairs. One of the original brick chimneys has been altered; the other appears to have been removed.
