Appearance
The cut-away bay at the front of the house is a Queen Anne device. The Tuscan columns at the projecting portion of the front porch and the deep frieze give the structure a slight Free Classic flavor. Some of the original windows had characteristic Queen Anne muntin patterns in their upper sashes.

The house appears to have been raised a foot or two and the original brick foundation has been replaced with a new concrete foundation. A partially enclosed structure has been added at the north elevation. There are new windows at the basement level and some of the first and second floor windows appear to have been replaced. The cladding system has been altered at the base of the structure. The soffits have been rebuilt. A new porch railing of contemporary design has been installed.
