The structure is located in a portion of the Central Area also known as the East Madison district. A complete permit history, and a complete record of ownership and occupation have not yet been prepared for this property. A deck has been added at the north side of the structure. A few of the original windows appear to have been replaced with vinyl units. The porch deck has been replaced. Wood T1-11 siding has been added at the base of the porch. The basement may have been remodeled.
