Appearance
A small vernacular house with a pyramidal roof and a hall-and-parlor layout was noted by the surveyor in 2008 and is included in the Assessor's records (King County GIS Center Report and King County Property Record Card) but does not appear on recent Kroll maps. It was built in 1898 according to the King County Property Record Card but was not surveyed.

The front porch extends to the south of the main structure, suggesting a wrap-around porch. The shingle siding at the upper level and the banding of the windows are suggestive of Shingle style work; however, the Tuscan piers, the deep frieze, and the formal glazing pattern at the partial porch enclose lend the main house a Free Classic character.
