Appearance |
This house was built in 1904 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1926; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
There appears to be a back end addition but this structure may also be an original porch. The basement has been "boarded up." The window casings and sills have been altered to accommodate changes to the cladding. The original clapboard and shingle cladding has been replaced or covered with composition siding made to resemble stone veneer. The entry steps have been altered and stair railings have been added.
