Appearance |
This house was built in 1902 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1910 & 1937; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
The structured functioned as a three unit apartment building when is was surveyed by the Assessor in 1938; however, at some point since that date, the structure was converted to single family use. A large extension at the back of the structure -- forming one leg of the L-shape plan -- may be an early addition. The original cladding has been replaced or covered with aluminum siding. The porch railing is no longer visible from the street and may have been removed.
