The single story extension at the rear of the structure may have been an early addition; the extension appears to have been remodeled at some point since 1937. The two cottage windows facing the street have been altered by simplification or replacement of their upper sashes. Some other windows may have been replaced in kind. A window that once opened to the deck over the porch has been removed and the opening filled. The front door appears to have been replaced. A less substantial railing has replaced the original balustrade at this rooftop deck.
