Appearance
This house was built in 1905 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1925; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

The structure has functioned as a duplex at least since is was surveyed by the Assessor in 1937. There is an awkward two story addition at the southwest corner of the structure that was completed prior to 1937. Aluminum storm windows have been added at many of the window openings. The windows at siding at the early addition do not appear to be original.Composition siding designed to mimic brick veneer covered the original siding for several years beginning in the early 1950s; however, most of the structure has since been returned to a condition closely resembling its initial appearance.
