Appearance
This house and the structure next door at 909 16th Avenue are nearly identical (though the plans appear reversed) and were almost certainly built as a matched pair. (In the photos, the building on the left is the structure at 907 16th Avenue; the building on the right is the structure at 909 16th Avenue.)

This structure appears to have function as a duplex for a period after 1937 but has since been returned to single family use. The porch roof has been converted from a flat roof to a shed roof.
