A complete permit history, and a complete record of ownership and occupation have not yet been prepared for this property. There is an early single-story addition at the rear. The porch has been substantially altered by replacement of the original flat roof and balustrade with a gable roof with pent and the replacement of four plain but heavy posts with two built up Tuscan piers. Several of the windows have been replaced and doors have been added or modified to serve the triplex function.
