Appearance
This is a Queen Anne style structure. The roof slope, the open soffits, and the (now missing) decorative trusswork in some of the gables are characteristic of the Stick style. The extensive use of shingles at the upper one and a half stories, and the stout, paired Tuscan columns at the entry porch are suggestive of Shingle style work.

The structure has been converted from single family to duplex use according to the Assessor's records. There is a new exterior stair at the south elevation. Most of the original windows appear to have been replaced with vinyl or aluminum units. Some decorative trusswork that once characterized some of the gables has been removed.
