A complete permit history, and a complete record of ownership and occupation have not yet been prepared for this property. BIBLIOGRAPHY King County GIS Center Property Report (http://www5.kingcounty.gov/kcgisreports/property_report.aspx; accessed August 19, 2008) King County Property Record Card (c. 1938-1972) Washington State Archives   Appearance This is a transitional design combing elements of Craftsman design including exposed rafter tails and the bungalow windows (now replaced) with a vernacular form (from the pyramidal family of national folk housing) that appears to house a bungalow plan. All of the windows have been replaced with vinyl or aluminum. The window trim has been modified. The exposed rafter tails have been hidden by added facias and gutters. The front steps and porch railings appear to be new. The T1-11 at the base of the structure appears to replace vertical board siding.
