| Appearance |
This is an early craftsman bungalow with residual Queen Anne detailing and a transitional roof combining elements of Queen Anne and later bungalow design.
The daylight basement has been remodeled and appears to be in use as a second dwelling unit (the structure has functioned as a duplex since at least 1937). Most of the windows appear to have been replaced with aluminum or vinyl; some openings appear to have been modified. The siding has been patched over time.
