This house was built in 1901 according to the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1922; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
There is a shed addition and a deck addition at the rear. The soffits have been rebuilt. The bay window at the front is replaces an original window group. The basement windows are relatively new.
