| Appearance |
This house was built in 1902 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1918; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
There is an early shed roof single story addition at the rear which has been remodeled at least once. It appears all of the windows have been replaced with vinyl units. The soffits appear to have been repaired. T1-11 siding has been added in a few areas.
