| Appearance |
This house was built in 1904-12 according to the King County Property Record Card; however, the King County GIS Center Property Report indicates the structure was completed in 1904. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1922; however, the work undertaken appears to have been limited to kitchen modifications.
About half of the windows appear to have been replaced, though some may have been replaced at an early date. The cladding appears to have been replaced in kind at the south. The porch stairs appear to have been replaced and wood porch and stair rails have been added.
