This house was built in 1906 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1922; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
The structure was converted from single family use to duplex use at some point after 1937. There is a substantial addition at the back of the structure. Metal security doors have ben added at the entry openings.
