According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1922; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated. The structure was converted from single family use to duplex use at some point after 1937. There is a substantial addition at the back of the structure. Metal security doors have ben added at the entry openings.
