This house was built in 1902 according to both the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1930; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

A notation on the Property Record Card indicates that the structure may have been converted to duplex use for a time after 1937; however, the structure is currently a single family residence.
