Appearance |
This structure has functioned as a duplex since at last 1937.
This house was built in 1899 according to the King County Property Record Card; however, the King County GIS Center Property Report indicates that the structure was built in 1900 (it should be noted that the computer database from which the latter date is drawn cannot record a construction date earlier than 1900). According to the King County Property Record Card, the upper story of this house was remodeled prior to 1937.
The structure is in poor condition and is difficult to see from the street. The porch appears to have been altered and there appears to be an addition at the southeast corner. These changes may be temporary.
