| Appearance |
This house was built in 1904 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1931; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.
The structure has functioned as a duplex since at least 1937. Two large original Tuscan columns at the porch have each been replaced by an unmatched pair of smaller columns. Windows have been removed from the north elevation and one of the upper story entries has been removed. The north facade has been resided with clapboard siding.
