This house was built in 1900 according to the King County Property Record Card; however, the King County GIS Center Property Report indicates the structure was completed in 1901. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled into a duplex, however, the date of the work is not indicated.

This structure has been in use as a duplex since at least 1937.
