This house was built in 1903 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report. According to the King County Property Record Card, the house was remodeled in 1924; however, the extent of the work undertaken at that time is not indicated.

There is a plaque on the building which gives the date of construction as 1903.
