Appearance |
This house was built in 1903 according to the King County Property Record Card and the King County GIS Center Property Report.
A plaque on the building indicates that the structure was completed in 1902.
The King County Property Record Card suggests that the addition of a basement was accompanied by installation of concrete blocks at the foundation; this work probably occurred at some point after 1937 but before the mid 1970s.
